Oopsie Bread is a great alternative to bread. It is made with eggs and cream cheese (salt, psyllium fibre and baking powder are options). That’s it! It is great topped with poached eggs or as a grilled cheese sandwich. We use it as hamburger buns. Double up with 6 eggs, one package of cream cheese, 1 Tbsp of psyllium, 1 tsp of baking powder and a pinch of salt. I love Diet Doctor!
Fat Bombs are amazing. These little treats will stave off hunger for hours! They melt so do need to be packed with some ice of going to work or school, but they are much better than cookies or a granola bar. We use no sweetener but for guests we still cut the honey by half. They are really easy to make and this is the easiest recipe I know of.
No Bake Cheese Cake. I make this one with a few modifications and I use ramekins for personal sized desserts. Whip 1 package of cream cheese and 2 cups of Avalon whip cream, eliminate sweetener and pie filling completely. Sometimes I don’t bother making the crust but, when I do, I zap organic whole raw almonds in the Vitamix and combine them with melted butter and leave them raw or sometimes bake them for a few minutes. We top with a few berries or fruit, or with yummy liqueurs.
